Phase 1 - Conversation: users begin a conversation related to sustainability, fashion and the garment lifecycle within the Forum and Knowledgebase.

Phase 2 - Collaboration: ideas which emerge in Phase 1 may have the potential for application. The people involved in the initial conversation collaborate to develop the idea. They can do this in their own Forum thread or via a dedicated Blog.

Phase 3 - Innovation: The idea is pitched to management. Some ideas may be simple to implement, others may be far more complex and involve discussions across departments.
